Big Day for Paquette: Swats 5 Hits Tuesday, October 4th , 2050 Cleveland (APP) catcher Ryan Paquette had a day to remember today, 5-for-6 against the Burlington Royals at Burlington Athletic Stadium as the Indians picked up a 10-8 victory. "He was patient up there today," Cleveland (APP) skipper Joey Duff told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Paquette has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Ryan Paquette flied out in the 1st, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. This year Paquette is batting .295 with 13 home runs and 55 RBIs. In 93 games he has scored 57 times. |
