Nomoto Blisters Washington (APP) Friday, October 7th , 2050 Ogden Raptors second baseman Shiki Nomoto went ballistic today with the bat. He hammered the Washington (APP) Nationals for 5 hits and drove Ogden to a 15-2 win over Washington (APP) at Lindquist Field. Shiki Nomoto doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Steve Mesa in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Gabe Hires in the 8th. So far this season Nomoto has gotten 156 hits in 349 at-bats for a .447 batting average with 33 home runs. His stats include 117 RBIs and 121 runs scored. He has played in 94 games. |
