Jackson 5-for-5 Against Boston Thursday, September 15th , 2050 Vince Jackson exploded for a barrage of base hits today at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Baltimore second baseman had a field day against the Boston Red Sox, finishing with a 5-for-5 day, even as his club took the loss, 10-5. "It's a shame that we lost the game," he said later. "It's really hard to enjoy what I did today. You would think 5 hits would do it." Vince Jackson hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Momosuke Sato in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Adam Schneidewind in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
