Fans hailed the signing of Vince Scripp today as the Kansas City Royals starting pitcher came to terms with the club.
Set to make $156,100,000 over the upcoming 7 years, Scripp signed primarily out of loyalty to the organization, thrilling the most diehard supporters who think there isn't much loyalty in a market driven by free agency.
Over his entire career Scripp has worked 1288.2 innings with 1372 strikeouts en route to a 74-72 record. The 27-year-old also has a 4.59 ERA.
