Burlington Held Hitless by Nsoah
|
There was magic on the mound today at Juan Marichal Complex as Oakland (APP) Athletics starter Danny Nsoah no-hit the Burlington Royals.
Nsoah held Burlington hitters spellbound and helpless in a masterful display of pitching, leading the Athletics to a 12-0 win.
"It was like I was in a dream," Nsoah said afterward. "The ball just went right where I wanted it to."
In his mound masterpiece, Nsoah rang up 18 strikeouts and issued 1 walk.
For the year Nsoah has a 10-1 record with a 4.42 ERA in 15 starts.
