Owlz Pitching Ravaged by Guerra Friday, October 6th , 2045 Boston (APP) Red Sox second baseman Carlos Guerra went 5-for-5 today and paced Boston (APP) to a 15-5 victory over the Orem Owlz at Brent Brown Ballpark. "Well, that was fun," Guerra said following the game. Carlos Guerra singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Matthew Bale in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, walked in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Nick Lombardo in the 9th. This season Guerra is batting .293 with 113 hits, 15 home runs, 100 RBIs, .471 OBP and has scored 133 runs. |
