Rattenbury Goes 5-for-6 Against Philadelphia (APP)
Sunday, October 15th , 2045
Cameron Rattenbury put on a hitting clinic today as the Helena Brewers dumped the Philadelphia (APP) Phillies 26-5 at Kindrick Legion Field.
The Helena right fielder made Philadelphia (APP) defenders earn their pay, lashing Philadelphia (APP) pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it."
"Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Rattenbury said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch."
Cameron Rattenbury hit a solo-shot off Lance Brisson in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Corey Harris in the 4th, walked in a run in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Shirou Yoshida in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th.
Rattenbury's current batting average stands at .370 and he has chalked up 70 home runs and 258 RBIs.
