Urban Red-Hot, AL Player of the Week Monday, October 16th , 2045 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the American League, but last week Wil Urban of the Princeton Rays reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Urban rocked opposing pitching for a .516 average (16-for-31), 11 home runs and 25 RBIs to come away with the award. A look at his season totals shows Urban with 106 home runs, .349 BA, .494 OBP, 261 RBIs and 198 runs scored. |
