Nguyen-Tan Makes Record Book, Slams 4 HR Thursday, October 19th , 2045 In a game for the ages, Pulaski Yankees right fielder Bill Nguyen-Tan launched 4 home runs at Calfee Park against the Greeneville Astros. Time after time, Nguyen-Tan found his stroke against the shell-shocked Astros pitching staff, finishing with 11 RBIs and scoring 4 times as the Yankees took the 23-8 victory. "They pitch 'em and I hit 'em. I just did it a little better than them today," Nguyen-Tan said to reporters after his historic game. "I won big today, but they might get me out 4 times tomorrow." Bill Nguyen-Tan hit a three-run home run off David Toellner in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off T.J. Westover in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off James Browning in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Dzintars Balodis in the 7th. This season Nguyen-Tan has hit at a .265 clip with 37 RBIs, 12 home runs and 20 runs scored. |
