Holmes Has Hot Hand, Bangs 5 hits Friday, October 20th , 2045 Roger Holmes did more than his part as the Missoula Osprey topped the Miami (APP) Marlins today at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field. The Osprey second baseman pounded out 5 hits to pace his team to a 20-14 thumping of the Marlins. Roger Holmes grounded out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Melvin Castro in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th and singled in the 7th. Batting .404 to date, Holmes has 57 home runs and 178 RBIs. |
