Brewers Ramon Perez Swings Hot Bat, NL Winner Monday, October 23rd , 2045 21-year-old Ramon Perez made a few Helena headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and National League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 23 at-bats to put up a .478 average. Perez collected 8 home runs, 23 RBIs and scored 19 runs. So far in 2045 Perez is batting .296 with 80 home runs, 224 RBIs and 210 runs scored. He has 145 hits in 490 at-bats and a .485 OBP. |
