Mustangs Dominate, Sweep Wildcards Series Monday, October 30th , 2045 The Billings Mustangs made it look easy and are heading to the Division Series . They have ousted the San Diego (APP) Padres in a sweep, the final win coming by a 17-9 score, clinching the 4-0 series win. "Everything's clicking for us right now," said Hector Maldonado, who was named MVP for the series. Maldonado hit .500 with a .667 on-base percentage. He added 3 home runs, drove in 9 RBI and scored 8 runs. The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcards Series finishes. |
