Helena Sweeps into the Division Series Monday, October 30th , 2045 The San Francisco (APP) Giants were simply overmatched by the Helena Brewers in the Wildcards Series. The end result was a sweep, as Helena has cruised to the Division Series , with the final win coming at Kindrick Legion Field by a score of 6-5. "We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Juan Villanueva, who was named MVP of the Wildcards Series. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this." For the series, Villanueva hit .389 with a .450 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 10 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcards Series finishes. |
