Rockies Cruise to Division Series with Sweep Monday, October 30th , 2045 After their 18-9 win today at Suplizio Field over the Johnson City Cardinals, the Grand Junction Rockies will advance to the Division Series . Grand Junction won the series by a 4-0 margin. Leading the way for the Rockies was second baseman Henry Alvizo, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcards Series finishes. |
