Braves Prevail, as Wildcards Series Goes to the Wire Friday, November 3rd , 2045 The sweet swing of Yojiro Hayashi has led his team through the Wildcards Series. The Danville Braves star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Kingsport Mets to advance to the Division Series . The Braves won the final game at American Legion Field by a score of 1-0 and the series 4-3. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Hayashi. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Hayashi hit .321 with a .367 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 4 runs.
